Processing + Shipping

Standard shipping rate is a flat fee of $6.95 for print orders under $125 and FREE for orders over $125.

Fine Art Prints

All print orders are processed within 72 hrs of order confirmation.

Prints are made to order and can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days domestically and 3-6 weeks for international -- international shipping may take longer during the holidays.

* All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please review your country's local importing and tax fees to avoid any surprises. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees. Final cost can vary based on the size of the package and the delivery destination. Additional shipping cost may apply for some international locations and for very large packages.

Original Artwork

Original artwork are sent a separate shipping invoice after your purchase. All original paintings are final sale. Please reach out to hello@artistjkd.com if you would like to request a shipping estimate. 

Please allow about 1-2 weeks for your original piece to ship. This accounts for processing and framing time.  

  • Free local pickup in the Inland Empire, CA area.
  • Paid local delivery available upon request (original artwork and commissions only).

Returns

All original artwork and print sales are final as they are made to order.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so we can make it right. Report damages to hello@artistjkd.com and include photos or videos of exterior and interior packaging, packing slip, and order number.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not accept exchanges at this time. 

    Taxes

    Your purchase may be subject to California sales and use tax. For international sales, all import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please review your country's local importing and tax fees to avoid any surprises. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
